But if the height of plant's collar exceed the edge of the vase, the irrigation water will tend to slide out the pot, not reaching the roots and Florero, thus decreasing system performance of the "pot + Florero" system!

How may I know if Florero^® is properly hydrated?

After 40 minutes of immersion in a container filled with water (Florero must be able to float!) let's verify  its consistency: the fabric must be well tended and the TNT shell (non-woven fabric) must have the consistency of an inflatable cushion.

And if after 40 minutes Florero^® looks yet "deflated"?

If the package was not properly preserved, humidity could have altered the response times of water crystals; in these cases, it may be necessary to prolong the time of hydration to give time to reintegrate material properly. The physical characteristics of the crystals are not altered in any case and Florero will work properly throughout the growing season.

And when Florero^® is "down of water" why the soil doesn't slip toward the bottom of the vase?

Because during the time necessary to Florero to completely transfer its lyophilised water reserve to the plant (average 20 days ), the potting soil will be compacted and may assume the consistency of the so-called "soil bread".

Meanwhile Florero will have impressed its form below the "soil bread", and within this underground space the hydro gel will be able to expand and contract freely, absorbing and releasing the maximum possible amount of water and fertilizers.

Which is the right time to use Florero^®?

Every moment of the year is indicated to start using Florero and begin to appreciate their advantages in terms of:

- facilitated maintenance (potting and repotting are going to be easy for everyone!)

- decrease of needed watering (2 waterings on 3 will become superfluous!)
